Engineer:

A person who designs, builds, or maintains engines, machines, or public works.

Designer:

1. A person who plans the form, look, or workings of something before its being made or built, typically by drawing it in detail.

Engineering Notebook:An engineering notebook contains proper documentation so that ideas are not lost and projects can be duplicated.

Criteria:A principle or standard by which something may be judged or decided

Constraint:
